LA Knight

WWE SmackDown star and a former WWE Million Dollar champion LA Knight who is also a former Impact World champion recently talked about his experience working with professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker.

LA Knight spent a long time on the independent circuit and other professional wrestling promotions before joining WWE in 2021. He had a short tenure in WWE back in 2008 where he was mostly treated as a jobber. But he was why to a big sensation on the independent circuit.

LA Knight Discusses Working With The Undertaker

His Impact Wrestling run which started in 2015 and lasted for 4 years had been pretty impressive. He had been presented as a main event start in Impact as he won multiple championships including the Impact World Championship one time.

In 2021 he signed with WWE and started working on the NXT which was the development territory of WWE. He mostly worked as a heel in the NXT and he became a big attraction because of his amazing mic skill.

The only title he held in the NXT was the Million Dollar Championship which was extremely rare. During this time, his feud with Cameron Grimes became quite famous. In 2022 he made his main roster debut under a completely new gimmick called Max Dupri.

But the gimmick was not very well received by the fans and after Triple H became the Head of Creative of WWE, he decided to restore him into his previous LA Knight gimmick. Once again his excellent mic skill was loved by the fans.

His first major feud in the main roster was with none other than Bray Wyatt. The feud was not very well received at first but as time passed, it slowly became quite exciting. Knight really did an amazing job in this feud and we hope he has a great future lying ahead of himself in WWE.

LA Knight who is also a former Impact World champion recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet on Insight where he talked about his experience working with professional wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker. He said;

“Well, I’ll tell you what, he was about this close to get the slap right in the mouth, but I decided to spare him. But I’ll tell you the truth. It’s funny because you always hear the cliché when you’re standing in that ring, and that bell tolls. You know, it’s chills. And I’m like, sure. Once that hit, it was chills, it was pretty wild.

“But at the same time to be standing there and doing my thing, and to be very recognised. That audience was right on top of everything I had to say even with The Undertaker in the ring. So I mean, that’s a big feather in my cap as far as I’m concerned. And at the same time, you know, looking at a guy who’s undoubtedly a legend, Hall of Famer, crazy, crazy night leading into this Royal Rumble.”
